    Recipe FAQ

I don't have a martini glass - what glass can I use instead?

You can use any glass you like, but some great options are low tumblers or whiskey glasses and margarita glasses. If you make it in a taller glass you might need to adjust the amounts to fill the whole glass.

My drink is too spicy or too acidic. What do I do?

If your drink comes out too spicy from the ginger or too acidic from the lemon, just add a bit more soda water. This can happen as all ginger juices are made differently, and some lemons are more or less sour than others.

Hi! To make it at home I use a high powered juicer, I don’t have another trick for making it. Just place it in the juicier and run it, and you will get the juice ☺️ /Emmeline
